LETTER OF THE COMPANY FOUNDATION [1]

• As I write this letter, the company we run is facing a lot of difficulties, I have been through many hardships, but I want to tell you that there is one thing in us that is the belief in the goal what the company does. company will achieve, will go to, will bring people in the next 10 years. I have spent a lot of time reading and researching the  companies with 100 - 185 year olds in the world, they have also experienced many falls and still survived those times. Enough to see how strong the motivation and unyielding reason is. More than ever now on January 16, 2023 we understand that we are one of them. We also have to go through the same difficult and challenging journey as the businesses I have witnessed. Thank you for reading my letter.
• My colleagues and I built this business in 2007 in a room of about 16 square meters in Linh Trung Thu Duc area, HCM. In the intense heat of the dry season at the end of December 2007. I wasn't really a student at the Open University then as I had promised to my parents and everyone. From 2005 to August 2007 I was studying business administration at Ho Chi Minh Open University. Then in October 2007 I officially dropped out of school because I couldn't afford to pay tuition fees. At that time, I was very sad and had to struggle for 4 months to make this decision. Especially when I received a handwritten letter from my mother with the words worms that my house had nothing left to sell to pay for my children's education. You don't race to study with people, because when you graduate from school, you have to be the director of the company, no one in our family has done this, just plowing deep, not dreaming of luxury.
• At first, when I finished reading the letter, I felt dizzy all over my mind, I was like a ghost for half a month. Then the rent also came due, plus the constant hunger for a few weeks made me think, can I learn everything on my own. And if self-study, what should I do, what is my strong point now ? There is no strong point at all, only what I like is English that I haven't learned yet, come and hide. And why in the first lecture of management science kept haunting in my head, sometimes repeating while I was confused. Is it something or not, did I learn the business by self-education. Or do I have to have a teacher to guide me, or I'll do it the way of swinging the door of the classroom every time the teacher comes to class, but the school knows I'm off and no one lets me do that, stop taking the risk and just do it, just like when If you go to study for exams, if you don't have money, stick to the window to study secretly. Any day, or that day, but if I go to school, who will feed me, where can I get money to pursue, at least enough food and clothing first. Can't be. Is it possible that my mother is right, can't do this? Do people have a destiny ? a lot of struggles in my head, even after that, every time I do a new business, I think about many aspects. After that, there were a series of rebuttals in my head, no I don't believe in fate, if there is fate, you need to work, I believe in my feelings. So how can I learn by myself is the best, I see an uncle who has old books he often pulls out for me every evening when I go to his house to drink tea. Which is astronomy, which is qigong, Marxism-Leninism, macroeconomics, or cosmic spirituality. I borrowed a book from you to think about it, I asked you how long did you borrow this book? Uncle said as you like, when finished, you can return it to me, even take it as well. Like when I was in high school, I used to go to the library to rent books to read, my friends rented stories, and I rented books. At first, he rented it, later on, the librarian found it reputable, so he lent it for free, the owner of the library only likes to teach English and talk to me in English, so he doesn't need to charge rent. books, just need to speak three sentences in English. I see that just borrow books to read and return them to the library on time on a regular basis and don't damage anything.
• Uncle's books in Linh Trung Thu Duc area are very thick, but I read one book after another. He said that when I read a book, it means I am confiding in someone who is very good at that industry, so I read a lot. many books, especially English books. I read to the point of memorizing words, pages, category item names. One morning the landlady came to my room and looked at me, she said, are you a bookworm? During this time I did various jobs from concrete pouring, welding, mechanics, and construction, that was all I had for a living at the time. Every day I go to work and in the afternoon, I attend classes to teach English and Korean. More than a time later, my hostess appeared again, it was near Tet. She asked me if I didn't go back to my hometown. If I don't come back to celebrate Tet with my brothers and sisters, I thank you, do you still go to school? I said go. She said she didn't know if I could teach English to her children? because my tutor has stopped teaching for 2 months now. I refused to falter, she told me to keep teaching because he was only in grade 4, not high, if I agreed, I would only let him study in my room. My career turned to tutoring for more than a year after that, I taught students at home for a living. In 2008, when I was about to say goodbye to the previous innkeeper to move to a larger place. That day it rained heavily, the water flooded the apartment block to the level of people, I just paid the rent. Done think this way the water will go up to the head. I risked my clothes, books and suitcases to escape. At that time, the row of water inns was very high, as soon as it came out, it collapsed the wall. So there was no place where the rain was still heavy, I dragged my wet suitcase and walked up to the hostel about 300m away, I saw a sign for room rental. I dragged my suitcase into this hostel and saw it was full of students, I asked a boyfriend if this area still has rooms for rent >? You say yes and then point your chin to the open room. I asked you, where is the owner? You said the landlord is far away, so how can I rent a room? Oh, I'll give you her phone number so I can call her myself. I called the new owner of the inn, she said just stay in for a few days, she will call me when she comes over. I said I have 200k left in my pocket if you consider me to pay 150k in advance, the hostel lady agreed. I stayed here for a higher price room and I started thinking about what to do with this motel room. So I thought, why don't I try to hang the board and record English tutoring, this room can teach about 4 students. I took out a piece of cardboard and wrote on the black words [Get English Tutoring] about 3 weeks later, there were 03 students passing by and stopped to read and write down the phone number. A few days later, a friend called me and asked if he taught English? I said yes, can you say how many friends go to the same class? and I agree. My class teaches sitting on plastic tables and has the first 3 classmates. So, one year later, I had 17 students, and two years later there were 35 students, in the 3rd year, there were 74 students and in the 5th year, there were 125 students. My work at that time was quite busy than before. By 2010 we had moved into a larger house and had 125 students enrolled. We have officially registered our company since April 2010. By the end of 2011 we had 175 students enrolled. And have to rent more houses, teach teachers, gradually change the structure to management, strengthen cooperation partners.

1st collision - I myself have no money to rent a motel and start over [November 2010]

• We encountered a partner who played a game and the center severely reduced the number of students to less than 30 students. Economic recession from 2010 -2011 we had to close down, return the central office and leave a debt of more than 370,000,000 in 2011.
• After the crash in 2011, it took me 3 years to pay off the debt for each person, from the shoulder to a few hundred thousand, to a few million. I thought I had experienced in the first fall and fixed it in the long term, but my confidence recovered and gained the trust of friends and partners more. We have since 2014 opened two more training offices in Dong Nai and Can Tho, and at the same time added consulting services for studying abroad and immigration since 2015. Increased revenue, distribution channels for foreign partners in Vietnam. Korea, Australia, Canada, Europe are more open. By October 2017 we almost had to close down due to legal issues with partners and interrupted cash flow.
• We have tested many different ways of Marketing, from piano cockroaches, different apics, to Online ads, and small events, We run in the rain in August, to the cold of the last winter. every year, enjoy the feeling of working for free. There's been no finish date in years. To fulfill a desire to create the next prestigious brand of Vietnamese people in the world.

2nd collision - I myself struggled and redoed many stitches [November 2017]

• We have experienced disruptions in cash flow to spend on fast-growing staff, inadequate revenue to maintain and unsuccessful ability to source capital, plus costly and costly legal proceedings. to the parties, of which we lost approximately 3,700,000,000 at 2017.
• Due to the force, and the experience from the last time, it took us about 1 year to manage the activities, just a strong impact that took 40% of our strength, until December 2021 despite the epidemic. Our team has 18 people working and more than 15 teachers teaching subjects. mainly teaching Online and Selling Online, immigration cooperation activities in Australia are promoted, and additional subsidiaries in Australia will be added in July 2021. Activities by economy also grow. The fundraising activity was still not successful for our 02 projects at that time.

3rd impact - [November 2022]

• According to the report of the global economic decline, thousands of businesses went bankrupt and closed, hundreds of businesses had to restructure their operations after the prolonged Covid pandemic, energy and currency crisis until the end of 2022. Our business is among those that have to restructure almost 85% of all.
• Nights of torment, thinking to find solutions, questions raised, where is the door to maintain, continue, where is the mistake, where is the solution, how, how long .. you probably can't either. Look from the moment when you and your partner have a lot of money, until everyone has no bread to eat, or family members, fathers and mothers, begin to speak up and say you have failed. The customers leave, sue you. And assume you're the most mediocre brand they've ever met... a lot.
• There is only one thing that I tell my associates that I know and I know, no matter how long it takes, I will definitely stick with everyone. If we learn to walk at a young age and fall, and then we don't keep walking, we may not be able to walk in old age. If we are interrupted because of cash flow, we will find a solution for it, if we have service quality problems, we will improve it, if we have technical problems, the law we will improve it for the better. If we find ourselves going wrong, we will correct the course of the whole ship. No one is without failure and has been rejected thousands of times. The capital is important as our blood streamline if it be weakness we will be dizzy and tired of, but if the blood is enough we will strongly too. We can not manage our team with 50 memember without insure finances.
