 3. 01 legal paper (no criminal record)
 4. 01 health examination paper (not having infected diseases)
 5. 01 Family registration book (notarized)
 6. 01 copy of diploma (notarized)
 7. 01 copy of ID card (notarized)
 8. 01 application for recruitment of labor export
 9. 01 marriage/ divorce paper
 10. 01 pass-port book (original, still valid for at least 06 months)

 PROCEDURES FOR THE APPLICATION OF LABOR VISA

 1. Passport (original, still valid for at least 06 months)

 2. Visa application form

 3. Photo of 4.5 * 4.5 (06 copies)

 4. Certificate of legal status, residence (original)

 5. Labor contract (original)

 6. Employment notice

 7. Confirmation of work
