- REF is the sand business department for construction projects under BGI.INC, established in 2020. The main task is to trade and import leveling sand, concrete sand and decorative sand for construction projects, not exporting. sand port. Our imported sand products come from two countries: Myanmar and Cambodia. We are always looking for ways to serve our customers better and expand our market to meet the demand for sand for domestic construction projects.
