1. Introduction
- Provincial Road 940 is a key project of Soc Trang province and one of the important traffic routes of My Tu district, connecting from Quan Lo Phung Hiep route to Huynh Huu Nghia town. The upgrading and expansion of this route is being actively accelerated by the Management Board of Project 2 of Soc Trang province, to meet the travel and goods transportation needs of people.
