Recruitment and sponsorship are not synonyms

  • They are different. Different meanings, different thoughts. I went and looked at the synonyms of each and this is what I found. According to the laws in Korea, Japan, Vietnam, and some European countries. Distinguishing the concept of recruitment is very different. Accordingly, recruitment is understood as you need personnel and you hire someone to do it for you (that is not understood as sponsorship). However, in Canada, Australia, Newzeland it is different, when you hire a foreigner you are sponsoring them (the concept of sponsorship comes with recruitment in Australia and Canada).
  • Recruit: gain, build, sign, register, win, get
  • Sponsor: support, support, take responsibility, guarantee, promote

  • The people who are hiring are making it more about them. It's more of self-service. The people who are sponsoring are working for potential customers, new distributors, they are working for someone other than themselves.
  • As a sponsor, you are taking responsibility for them, educating them, caring for them, advising them. Sponsorship takes more time and responsibility than recruiting. Recruiting is a one - one - and - implementation mindset. Get records, move one and search the next. Job registration is the primary goal, not helping to create strong, successful, smart distributors.

  • if we think the sponsor like a recruitment that will help your recruiting proccess fastly and more easy, we will have enough skilled workers for our business plan.
  • We not try to change any policies but we need to know a better ways, an innovation that help us easy to stand
  • Because "sponsor" is meaning care , educate , advise , more than helping ... let answer these questions, do we pay cover fees, visas , documents , health, and aim all the revalant resposibilities for workers ? the answer that is no for almost .. the workers must be paid themselves we only help them issue letter job, labor agreement if we recruit them.   • Recruitment can create ignorant distributors when their upline doesn't teach them. Many times new distributors have sold out the opportunity and insisted on the work it needs. The recruiting mindset can create teams full of bitter, unsuccessful, uninformed distributors who don't pass the information on to their team or customers.
  • Those who are sponsoring make sure everyone understands the responsibility of owning their own business. Sponsorship creates stronger teams and distributors. Distributors understand the product and company and understand how to finance themselves. It creates more productive, lasting teams. It creates better distributors. who has achieved the highest ranking in our company and part of my upline, recently did a training where she referenced this particular training. I love something she added to it, she said that Recruiting should still be part of our vocabulary. It is still part of a successful network marketing business. However, we want to be sponsors in recruitment, not recruiters out of recruiting. I love that addition.
  • We must remember that these are not just numbers, these are people. We need a waiter attitude. We are serving our team members. It's work but it is worth it. Worth it for both our team members and ourselves.
