Further information
We are looking for someone with drive and enthusiasm, but also some education and experience, looking to take the next step in their career. To start with we will expect them to be part of the main workforce, but to rapidly ground themselves in our operations. Ultimately, we will expect this person to be able to make decisions on their own, within the framework of where the owners want the farm to head. We have a flat management structure, rather than hierarchical. Ideally, we could retire and the operations manager moves into a managerial role focused on driving our business forward.
