• While continuing to cement our mark on Brisbane, we are delving into the world of Skin! We want to deliver non-invasive skin treatments to support our client’s skin transformation, while nurturing and supporting relaxation & wellness at the same time.

ABOUT YOU |

• We are looking for a Skin Therapist with a vibrant personality who is passionate about skin and making a difference to people’s confidence, with a desire to provide the best possible results and a personalised experience while keeping things easy for the client! 
• Ideally the successful applicant will be a Dermal Therapist/Beauty Therapist who have a Diploma in Beauty Therapy and a minimum of 2 years clinic experience in a skin focussed role. You must be highly experienced, confident and competent in performing the following treatments: LED, microdermabrasion, skin needling, facials, chemical peels and derma-planning

You will be eager to succeed, enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, and brilliant at building relationships. You will be expected to:

• Have a board knowledge of all treatments available, an aesthetic eye and the ability to consult with clients providing them with an on-going treatment plan
• Consult with clients and advise them on suitable treatments to achieve their goals
• Deliver an exceptional, personalised experience
• Have a caring and empathetic manner, with a client-focused approach
• Understand the importance of achieving various KPI’s
• Be immaculately and professionally presented
• You must have impeccable attention to detail, have a bubbly yet calming nature, adapt to change well, and love making friends with the best clients in Brisbane. 
• Excellent knowledge of everything ‘skin’ and confident and competent in skin diagnosis and treatment of different skin conditions such as acne, aging, pigmentation and rosacea
• Previous experience working in a Medi Clinic / Spa setting is an advantage
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

A background in high-end customer service (retail or hospitality) and sales is HIGHLY desired.

THE ROLE |

• We are looking for a natural intra-preneur who's initiative will lead them to organically make the role their own. You will work with out Managing Director to finalize Elysian Cartel's Skin Menu with the freedom to create structure within the Treatments using Synergie Professional products. Being a part of the daily grind means you'll always have your finger on the pulse, which will inspire fresh ideas which we welcome you to voice on how we can improve the day to day of the business, and continually grow this arm of the business.
• Our business is centered around making life easy for our clients which is why we offer extensive hours.
• Work hours for this position are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10am - 6pm, Thursdays 1pm - 9pm, and Saturday 9am - 5pm. We are open to applications for Part-Time or Full-time employment with a high interest in applicants with Lash and Brow experience.
• You must be comfortable with recommending home care products and working towards KPIs.

Duties will include:

• Developing and nurturing professional relationships with clients and staff
• Educating clients and fellow peers about our exciting new treatments
• Practicing excellent patient safety-oriented judgement
• Developing a specific treatment plan for clients with ongoing follow-up
• Providing an exceptionally high level of customer service
• Coordinating bookings, billing and completing patient notes
• Developing your own personal expertise and flair
• Performing skin analysis consultations
• Assisting with social media campaigns and on-going local promotions
