• 3.4. Foreign languages: (Ietls general - 5.0 overal bands, limited band 4.5)
• 3.5. International Farm Certificate (Australian Standard here)
• 3.6. No criminal record
• 3.7. No hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, Other infectious diseases 
• 3.8. No family members have been illegal, violating Visa in Australia
• 3.9.The candidate's personality is suitable for Australia (According to Australian Home Affairs regulations)

WORKING DURATION & VISA TRANSFER

•  4.1.First time is 9 months, then need to return to Vietnam
•  4.2. After 2 years / once (unlimited expiration, each time is 1.5-2 years).
•  4.3. Ability to convert to skills if the conditions are met after 1 year
• 4.4. Able to convert to PR permanent residence after 03 years, (if working hours reach at least 120 days/year and equivalent to IELTS 6.5)
