MADEC is a not for profit organisation with a permanent workforce of nearly 400 and a service delivery network of more than 70 offices across metropolitan and rural areas of South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and Tasmania.
MADEC Harvest Trail Services, a government initiative, work with harvest employers across Australia connecting willing workers with harvest work.
- Work is located in the McLaren Vale region
- Early Start – Early Finish
- No experience required
What to Expect
- Early morning 6 AM starts
- Depending on weather and market demands shifts can be up to 8 hours long
- Opportunity to work 25+ hours per week, over 5-7 days per week
- Picking Wine Grapes requires bending and lifting of buckets when filled up to 9 KG’s
- Working outside and standing for long periods of time.
- Working in a large friendly team environment
What You Need
- Legal right to work in Australia
- Sturdy workboots & Hi Vis clothing
- Bring / purchase your own pair of snips
- Own transport
