Cert IV Beauty Therapist
Summers Secrets Day Spa–Nairne SA
Summers Secrets Day Spa in the tranquil Adelaide Hills, just 45 min from Adelaide CBD is looking for a beauty therapist to join our growing Day Spa family.
Responsibilities
- Perform all beauty, body and massage treatments as required
- Provide facial services
- Waxing and tinting services
- Manicures and Pedicures
- Promote products to guests
- Assist in meeting sales targets for treatments and retail sales
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all beauty, massage treatments, and product knowledge
- Daily operations knowledge to ensure our high level of service is maintained
- Assist guests with all beauty treatment and product related queries
- Recognise opportunities; returning guests, spending and revenue growth; improving the guest experience to create greater profitability, guest satisfaction, and growth
Requirements
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cert IV in Beauty Therapy
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Must be available to work weekends and late-nights where needed
- Neat grooming and presentation
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt & personalise treatments to guest's concerns
- Ability to remain calm and agile under pressure
- Must show initiative as well as a proactive and positive team attitude to ensure operations run smoothly
- Experience within a Spa environment is an advantage
- Experience in Laser Hair and Skin is an advantage
