1. About Bcomex International Hrs, We are working in talented candidates and hunters in Ho Chi Minh City in the south of Vietnam. Since 2010, we have been established with an attractive core as the best Hrs supplier for employers in Korea, Japan, Canada, Australia. And now we are looking for 02 admin recruiting staff. We are looking for 02 candidates to board the bus with us.
2. Inquiries with admin staff recruiting at, SA. QLD
- Good communication, and high school Vietnamese at least, you need to have real ability, and understanding building relationships with Australians.
- Excellence in building or developing Relationships with employees and employers in Australia
- Can use facebook or zaps to reply friendly, easy to say
- Know or understand Recruitment, or farm, hotel, restaurant .. (all, one, ok), or willing to learn
- Know how to inspire the team, and establish relationships with employers at SA, QLD
- Ability to withstand pressure & reconcile relationships, flexibly improvise
3. Job description & duties
- Interview new candidates sometimes, guiding them to prepare their CV
- Maintain contact, and guide employers in recruiting and hiring employees
- Helping employers to prepare procedures for hiring, or providing labor
- Work with the team in Australia, and Vietnam
- Report recruitment situation 03 times a week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Mondays to the management board, advise the management board on recruitment

5. Salary and benefits with us, what will you get from working with us?
Basic salary: Discussion from 1st month 500 - 3rd month, 4th - 5th month is 1000 auds, 5th - 8th month in terms of capacity
- Bonus: You get many benefits from us, at least from 500 auds to 700 auds / month
Commissions: .1,500 to 4,500 Auds per month
- Total income from 5000 to 8 500 aud / month (this income is not limited by your ability)
- This job may have PR in the future, but it will not be guaranteed for this condition completely

- From April 2021
7. Our policy
a. This position does not apply insurance
b. And no health insurance (Me-care)
c. This location supports the means of transportation, or the cost of transport, when needed
8. How to pay salary
a. We pay you in Australia, or Vietnam
b. Salary & benefits paid on 2-04 every month
9. What you need to do for us

b. You need to achieve our KPI agreement at a certain level
c. You have to master these skills, we only train you to certain
