HORTICULTURAL TEAM MEMBER – INTENSIVE HORTICULTURE OPERATION
Lewis Horticulture is a family owned and operated, multi award winning intensive horticulture operation. Located on the Adelaide Plains, 30km north of Adelaide comprising of a Wholesale Production Nursery, High Density Olive Grove and Pomegranate Orchard.
This fast paced and expanding operation is currently seeking experienced, fit, healthy and positive people to join its team.
There are Full time and Permanent Part time positions available.
To be considered for these roles you must have the right attitude, skills and experience.
The positions to be filled are suited to those who enjoy working in a fast paced outdoor environment in all weather conditions in physical hands on roles.
Successful candidates will ideally have the following attributes

Positive, can do attitude

Reliable
-
Fit and healthy
-
Have Production Nursery experience AND / OR minimum of a Certificate 3 in Production Horticulture

Able to work well in a team AND individually
-
Able to follow clear instructions and processes to achieve a consistent result.

Good verbal communication skills
-
Must have own, reliable transport as no public transport to site
-
Be prepared to work in ALL weather conditions
-
Fork Lift and Front End Loader experience and licence are desirable but not essential
