Maintain and grow a client base to develop customer loyalty and long-term repeat business.
Be confident, comfortable and capable of providing the clients with beauty treatments and advice.
Product retailing & Rebook to be recommended to ALL clients.
About The Position
- Full Time\Part Time for a Senior Beauty Therapist – Shift works Monday to Saturday.
- Fully Qualified Beauty Therapist
- Excellent retail & rebooking skills
- Can work independently with experience
- Passionate in all aspects of beauty
- Warm personality and a positive attitude
The ideal candidates for these roles should possess the following:
- Hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy with minimum 2 years' industry experience
- IPL Treatments - Hair Removal and Skin Rejuvenate Experience
- MUST have Sales target and KPI focus (skin treatment and products Sales)
- Highly organized and mature minded
- Reliable and Honest
- Well-groomed and well presented
- Must have excellent retail skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent customer service.
- Easily & quickly able to build a rapport with customers
- Available to cover additional hours if required
- Must be Positive and willing to listen & learn
- Must pay close attention to detail and value quality of service delivery
- Superior knowledge of skin care ingredients, skin conditions and multiple product ranges
- Must be a “Team” player
- A CAN -DO attitude
- Punctuality
