Having grown year on year and now with 2 high profile salons The London Skin Clinic is looking forward to further growth. Therefore are recruiting for exceptional, highly professional & skilled therapists who are passionate about skin health restoration, advanced medical facials, skin tightening treatments and Micro-needling treatments with a desire to progress within their career and develop their skills.
The role
You will be responsible for delivering our services, including medical facials, skin tightening, pigmentation removal, thread vein removal and micro-needling treatments along with our essential customised skin topical programmes. You will train alongside industry specialists ensuring your skills and techniques will be put to the test in order for you to become one of our elite and prestigious skin experts.
About you
Attention to detail is part of your DNA, you are a perfectionist who goes beyond clients expectations. You understand business and appreciate how important it is to work to a high standard, follow polices and procedures and be a team player. You maximise all that you do, upselling at every opportunity and being productive in every way. You look at your column as your own business – seeing white spaces in the diary gives you a chill! Your constant goal is to win repeat business through client retention, and ensure your clients leave with expert aftercare having rebooked with you. YOU LOVE RETAILING and realise this is just as important as the service you perform. You have a track record in retail sales.. You have excellent housekeeping and organisational standards. You enjoy the challenges that work brings and have upbeat bubbly personality.
Requirements
- Experience and qualifications in Beauty Therapy
- An absolute PASSION for advanced skin treatments, skin tightening and pigmentation control
- Exceptional customer care / service skills
- Outstanding retail skills and a natural confidence in interacting with all clients
- Excellent organisation, presentation and housekeeping
- Must have the ability to work on your own and use initiative
- Outgoing, enthusiastic/ friendly / approachable /Self-motivated
- Completely fluent in the English language
- Must have a ‘can do’ attitude
- Work across both clinic sites Eastwood / Blackwood
- Excellent punctuality and previous sickness record from last employee
- Fully Flexible working ability (The London Skin Clinic can set work day patterns for you if this is desired)
