Regional Farm Work 2nd & 3rd Visas

We are a working hostel & family caravan park looking for backpackers as the working season is about to recommence.
Farms are looking for people on Working Holiday Visas to start 20th January(weather permitting)
Must not have been living in or travelled through Covid19 Hotspots.
There will only be outside jobs available, this work includes preparing fields, irrigation, planting of capsicum & melon seedlings and seeds. This job requires you to be able to bend over for long periods of time.
Please understand, with farm work that situations can change very quickly, as it depends on weather conditions, how many people the farmers need etc, therefore we can not guarantee the date you start work.
The farmers that get their workers from our hostel have their own payroll organisations and all work counts for 462 and 417 Visas.
Work is paid at the hourly casual rate of $24.36 before tax.
Upon arrival you need to pay per person first weeks rent and a safety deposit/bond of $100.00 per person. Rooms rates are either $168.00 per person, per week or $182.00 per person, per week.
Depending on what rooms are vacant when you arrive will determine where you first stay.
All rooms are air-conditioned with fridges and televisions.
We provide linen, basic cooking utensils, cutlery and plates, bowls, etc.
There are large outdoor communal areas, including indoor and outdoor kitchens, a small soccer field and swimming pool shared with all guests.
These are things you will need for the farm work as you will be outside all day.
-wide brimmed hat,
-long sleeve shirt, yellow or orange hi-vis work shirts
-plenty of water 2lt-5lt,
-sunscreen,
-lunch/cooler bag, (plenty of food, water, some sort of PowerAde/Gatorade)
-normal running shoes or boots,
-shorts or long pants which ever you prefer,
