Sphere Medi Spa, Based in Old Reynella shopping town. We offer result driven skin therapies and day spa treatments in a relaxing and friendly environment. We pride ourselves in consistency, client rapport, hygiene and education.
About the role
- Joining our team will give you the opportunity to perform a wide variety of beauty treatments, and specialised skin therapies, while giving your clients a spa experience.
- You will need immaculate presentation, and a minimum of a Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy.
- We are looking for enthusiastic Beauty Therapists / Dermal Therapists who are down to earth, self motivated, and would like to work in a supportive and friendly environment.
- You must be proactive, a people person, and be able to build rapport easily with clients.
- You need natural flare and passion for the industry, be able to follow direction, policies and procedures, work independently and in a close team environment with co workers.
- We are looking for longevity, honesty, loyalty, and someone who can grow with us and be apart of our team.

Skills and experience
- Minimum of a Certificate IV In Beairy Therapy required.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in the industry preferred
- Must have experience in skin analysis, skin conditions, facials and treatment plans
- Must be competent in basic beauty services including all waxing ( including XXX) tinting, relaxation massage, facials and spray tanning
- Experience/ certification in IPL and Laser an advantage
- Lash Extension experience an advantage
- Must have experience in sales and meeting KPIs and Targets
