Position: Building/Property/Maintenance Caretaker
Full Time, Permanent
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Vitrum is currently hiring for a Property caretaker.
- Provide upkeep and maintenance for properties.
- Provide landscaping, cleaning, and planting services, among other requests from the property duties.
- The Property caretakers will work outdoors maintaining grounds and travel from property to property as they finish assignments.
- The Property caretaker may also be responsible to assemble furniture, relocate furniture and any other small tasks that area required

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- General construction knowledge
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Excellent organization skills
- Be comfortable performing maintenance calls independently or as part of a team
- Enjoy working in a high paced dynamic environment
- Ability to problem solve
- Comfortable working outdoors (Rain or shine)
- Ability to prioritize under pressure and tight deadlines
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with landscaping
- Ability to recommend corrective action and implement required repairs
- Strong Safety background
