Position: General Farm Worker (8)
Salary: $15.00/hr, 40hrs per week
Full time Permanent
Work location:
- 5050-157th Street, Surrey, BC, V3S 4N7

Benefits:
- Accommodation will be provided at $30/week (if required)
- Relocation expenses
- Transportation facility will be provided to the workers from their residence to the farm by the employer (if required)
- Benefits as per Employment Standards Act (Vacation Pay 4% of gross salary will be paid on each scheduled payday)
Job Duties:
- Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
- Fertilize and spray crops
- Harvest crops
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Detect disease and health problems in crops
- Examine produce for quality and prepare for market • Write daily basic progress reports
Type of Crop: Blueberries
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching and kneeling.
Personal Suitability: Judgement, team player, organized and excellent oral communication.
