Position: Landscape Construction Worker
Responsibilities:
- Help foreman run and coordinate materials and crew for sites.
- Assist with Allen Block retaining walls, fences, gardens, decks, fieldstone paths, ornamental ponds, cutting, placing and laying interlocking pavers, planting, spreading and carting topsoil, laying sod or seed, grading soil, tree staking, operating bobcat, excavator, skid steers and other manual duties to maintain the job site. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment when needed.
Requirements:
- Competent in the use of power tools
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly
- Ability to work outdoors in all kinds of weather and site conditions
- Effective communication skills
- Time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Experience operating skid steer is an asset
- Experience operating excavator is an asset
- Irrigation experience is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints and specifications is an asset
- AquaPave Installer Certification is an asset
- ICPI Installer Certification is an asset
- NCMA Certification is an asset
Benefits:

- Compensation Starting at $18-$26/hour based on experience
