Roll Machine Operator - Weston Foods

Position: Roll Machine Operator – Night Shift
Full Time Seasonal - 9:30pm - 5:30am (flexibility with working overtime, and on weekends, as necessary)
Salary: $17.5 +$1(night) hourly for 37.5 hours per week
Job location: 5345 275 St, Langley, B
Job requirements:
- Be responsible for equipment set-up and change overs and running production lines as needed for various food products
- Read work orders and specifications to define prescribed setup operation(s)
- Help troubleshoot equipment problems, and support preventative maintenance activities to reduce equipment issues and forced production stoppages
- Provide input to shift action plan for their equipment area
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors and process engineers to enhance processes, procedures and training methods
- Work closely with all production team members to ensure product quality

- You have previously worked in a manufacturing environment (even better if it was food manufacturing!)
- You’re dedicated to the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues

- You are someone who listens to comprehend a situation first, asking questions to clarify your own understanding, instead of listening to be able to reply quickly
