Position: Construction helper (4)
Salary: $21.00/Hourly, 40hrs/week.
Full Time, Permanent
Benefits: Medical insurance for first three months and relocation expenses will be covered if requested.
Job requirements:
- Languages: English
- Education: High School
- Work experience: experience is an asset; training will be provided.
Specific Skills:
- Loading and unloading construction material and moving material to the work areas.
- Preparing construction sites, materials and tools.
- Mixing, pouring and spreading material.
- Assisting heavy equipment operators.
- Tending or feeding machines and equipment’s used in construction.
- Assembling and breaking down barricades, temporary structures and scaffoldings.
- Assisting tradespersons and construction supervisors in construction activities.
- Removing all the rubble and other debris at the construction site using rakes, shovels and other equipment.
- Cleaning and maintaining of the equipment’s used in construction.
- Performing all other jobs at construction sites a directed.
Work site environment: Noisy, Dusty, Hot, Cold temperature.
Work conditions and physical capabilities:
- Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, Tight deadlines, Manual dexterity
