Position: Construction Skill Laborer
Salary: $20-$25/hr
Work location: Vancouver

Requirements Personal Characteristics:

- Mobile - willing to travel and be flexible in work locations and shifts Qualifications:
- Experience in Construction Industry
- Construction knowledge - overall understanding of construction process, hands on skills, carpentry assistance. Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and machinery used.
- Must be able to perform heavy manual labour
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
- Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve with site supervisors, team members, and subcontractors.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with construction personnel, equipment operators, supervisors, crew and sub- contractors.
- Must have independent transportation and ability to travel to different sites
Responsibilities:
- Work on various sites under the Site Superintendent to complete various tasks, carpentry assistance to keep the site running smoothly
- Expedite the project schedule through efficient and quality work
