Position: General Farm Workers – 06
Salary: $14.60 /Hourly for 40 hours/week

Job Duties:
- Field work, Soil Preparation, plowing, pruning, planting, weeding, cultivating, harvesting, sorting, packing of the field crops.
- Examining produce for quality and prepare for market,
- Loading produce into trucks etc. Assist in shipping/receiving activities.
- To monitor irrigation & the soil moisture as per crop requirements.
- Using fertilizers, detecting disease and other problems in crops.
- Protecting crops from weeds & pests by taking appropriate actions like spraying Pesticides etc.
- Farm workers also helps in Operating & maintaining farm machinery & equipment.
- Informing farmers or farm manager of crop progress.
- Year-round work, Outdoors, wet/damp/rain, odours, hot/cold.
Position: Farm Supervisor – 1
Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $22.50/Hourly for 40 hours/week
Skill Requirements:
Language: English
Minimum Education: High School
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Job Duties:
- Co-ordinate and Supervise farm labour in daily crop work and harvesting activities and perform work quality checks.
- Supervise and oversee growing and other related operation of crops - Develop work schedules and establish procedures for the workers.
- Assist & Supervise workers team in successfully starting and completing all crop production tasks such as harvesting, sorting, packing & distribution.
- Maintain quality control and production records.
- Observe workers to detect inefficient or unsafe work procedures or to identify problems, initiating corrective action, as necessary.
- Review employees’ work to evaluate quality and quantity
- Train workers in techniques such as planting and in the use of safety
Work Site Environment: Year-round work, Outdoors, wet/damp/rain, odours, hot/cold.
