Position: Skilled Labourer
Salary: $22.00-$24.00 hourly
Full Time, Permanent
Mandatory Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License with clean drivers abstract
- Valid passport
- Be able to handle moderate to heavy (often repetitive) lifting - Ability to work in a fast-paced hectic work environment.
- Come to work with a positive attitude
- Team Player
- Be able to complete tasks as directed with minimal supervision
The following abilities/skills are assets among candidates:
- Valid forklift and skid steer certification with experience
- Driver’s License (Class 1)
- WHMIS Training
- First Aid Training
- Hoisting/rigging experience
- Experience with power tools
- Construction and concrete installation experience
- Training with concrete and silica
We will train suitable candidates, but the experience is preferred.
Responsibilities would entail but are not limited to:
- Assist in the performance of onsite tasks such as:
- Product installation
- Equipment and tool operation
- Ensuring site safety and cleanliness
- Final site cleanup
- Minor vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Pick up and delivery of construction material as required
